The programme is delivered on behalf of the Growth Hub by Winning Pitch.

This programme is targeted at senior leaders of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise to enable growth within their business. This programme offers support to businesses in the Humber LEP area focusing on 1-2-1 coaching, workshop and peer support to develop their leadership and management skills.

The support that the programme offers include:

Scale-Up Leadership Assessment Tool – A thoroughly tested leadership needs analysis interrogating both the leadership behaviours and the business model to unearth the barriers to scaling.

Leadership & Growth Action Plan – A detailed review of the senior leader identifying priority development areas and identifying the barriers to scaling.

Peer-2-Peer Leadership Support – SMEs will benefit from Development Masterclasses – a range of facilitated specific best practice sessions, from: leading yourself, through building high performance teams, to relentless execution and raising the funding and “Wow! Leadership Sessions” – facilitated events showcasing successful entrepreneurs who inspire and shift mindset to change behaviour.

1-2-1 coaching from Specialist Coaches – SMEs will benefit from experienced and focussed coaching confronting issues to drive behavioural change and unlock growth potential.

SME Networks – SMEs will engage via Winning Pitch on-line playbook and social-media/messaging applications to develop a real sense of ownership and mutual support for the longer term.

Is your Business Eligible

As a minimum your Business must:
Have a turnover of less than 50M and a balance sheet of less than 43m
Have 10+ full time employees
Be trading in the Humber region
Your business must not be a retailer
