The Growth Hub is recruiting! Are you someone who enjoys working with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to support them in their growth? Our delivery partner North Lincolnshire Council are looking for a candidate with experience of assisting business of all sectors and maturity to achieve growth and create new employment opportunities via the provision of 1-2-1 advice, support and guidance. You must be well versed in analysing business plans, identifying barriers to a business’s growth, working with business owners and leaders to implement tailored action plans, and brokering access to other forms of business support such as exporting, innovation, skills and finance.
The successful candidate will support SMEs in the North Lincolnshire, but will be part of the wider Humber Business Growth Hub team, which is currently some 16 advisors strong and provides information, advice and guidance to all businesses across the Humber region; from Bridlington to Brigg, and from Grimsby to Goole, and everywhere else in-between.
