The Growth Hub is recruiting! As part of our #GrowMySME – Business Growth Scheme, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic business advisor to work with SME businesses in the region’s Visitor Economy. Working with businesses in the hospitality, leisure, accommodation, arts, cultural and heritage industries, the post holder will work with SMEs across North and North East Lincolnshire who are reliant on visitors for income, and help them to recover from the adverse impacts of Covid-19.

Working for North Lincolnshire Council, the post holder will join the Humber Business Growth Hub team of business advisors, who provide expert, impartial, one-to-one information, advice, guidance and signposting to businesses across the region. The advisor will work directly with businesses in the visitor economy, and will also help clients access the Growth Hub’s wider suite of support services such as workshops, masterclasses and events, grant funding, the ScaleUp and Digital Catalyst Programmes, and the Supply Chain Network partnership.

Funded by the 2014 – 2020 European Regional Development Fund Programme, this is a fixed term post to 31 March 2022.
