The Growth Hub is recruiting! As part of our #GrowMySME – Business Growth Scheme, we are looking for an experienced business advisor to work with SME businesses in North Lincolnshire. Working with businesses across all sectors, the post holder will work with SMEs in the North Lincolnshire area to help them develop and grow by providing expert 1-1 advice & guidance, as well as referring them to other sources of business support, advice and funding.

Working for North Lincolnshire Council, the post holder will join the Humber Business Growth Hub team of business advisors, who provide expert, impartial, one-to-one information, advice, guidance and signposting to businesses across the region. The advisor will help clients access the Growth Hub’s wider suite of support services such as workshops, masterclasses and events, grant funding, the ScaleUp and Digital Catalyst Programmes, and the Supply Chain Network partnership.

Part of a project funded by the 2014 – 2020 European Regional Development Fund Programme, this is a fixed term post to 30 June 2023.
