As part of the Hull & East Yorkshire Growth Hub’s annual review, we are undertaking this client feedback survey to understand and evaluate the level and quality of service provided to clients over the course of the 2021/22 year. We also use this survey to measure the impacts of the Growth Hub on businesses in Hull and East Yorkshire and the value that the service adds to the regional economy. 
All survey results are received anonymously and we are not able to identify the persons or businesses who complete the survey (unless identifiable comments are made in the final question: “any other comments”). 
Aggregated survey results are shared with our funder, BEIS (Government Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) and the two HEY local authorities who are Growth Hub delivery partners (Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council). This is for research & evaluation purposes only. 

By completing this survey you are consenting to the sharing of your survey responses with the named organisations above, however as stated all survey responses are anonymous in any case.
