The Hull and East Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (HEY LEP) are undertaking some research into the business support and financial support needs of creative businesses in the region. This work will inform our business support offer for the “creative industries” where we lack up to date insights, and will also help us to develop bids and secure future funding.

By “creative industries”, we specifically mean businesses that operate – either in full or in part – in the following sub-sectors:

Advertising & MarketingArchitecture
CraftsDesign
Film, TV, Video, Radio & PhotographyIT, Software, Video Games & App Development
Museums, Galleries & LibrariesMusic & Performing Arts
Publishing & Translation

HEY LEP have commissioned Kada Research to support with this research, and as part of the study they will be capturing and analysing feedback from creative businesses who operate in the Hull & East Yorkshire region. We are particularly interested in the business growth barriers that creative businesses face, as well as new or emerging business prospects and opportunities. If you operate within this sector we would love to hear from you by completing our online survey.

The online survey can be accessed through the following link:

www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/978C3VG

The survey should take no longer than 6-9 minutes to complete and all responses will be strictly confidential and non-attributable.

If you have any questions about the survey or would prefer to be interviewed by telephone instead, please get in touch with jack@kadaresearch.co.uk.

Support with this ongoing research exercise would be much appreciated by the HEY LEP. For further information, or to ask any questions, please contact info@heylep.com
