Apply for a Vehicle Identity Check (VIC) appointment online. You can pay by credit or debit card or use a DVSA pre-funded account.
The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) have merged to form the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
Once the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) gets your application they will contact you by email so they can take payment on your credit or debit card. You can also pay by pre-funded account.
The person making the application must be the account holder or a specified delegate on the account.
Youll then be told when your VIC (Vehicle Identity Check) appointment is.
Whoever makes the application must be the card holder. Youll also need the cars registration number when making your payment.
