The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) have merged to form the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

If you’re already registered with DVSA, you can book, reschedule or cancel the following tests for multiple vehicles:

• annual tests
• paid retests
• prohibition clearances
• Reduced Pollution Certificate (RPC) and Low Emissions Certificate (LEC) tests
• voluntary tests

The multiple test booking service is available to registered users only.

To register you’ll need your membership and confirmation numbers from DVSA.

If you haven’t registered for this service, then you can book an annual test for a single vehicle without needing to register.

Pre-funded accounts

You can set up a pre-funded account to make it easier to pay for multiple vehicle tests and other DVSA services. Print off and fill in VOSA pre-funded customer account application form.

What you can’t book

You can’t use this service to book:

• part paid retests
• technical tests, eg first-time trailer test
• vehicle identity check
• Individual Vehicle Approval or motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval tests

Cancelling, rescheduling and viewing bookings

You’ll need the order reference number you were given when the original booking was made, eg 1-212101212.

You can also use this service to manage your DVSA pre-funded account, and update your contact details.

You can’t cancel or reschedule within 3 working days of a test or you’ll lose your fee. Working days are Monday to Friday except bank holidays.
