The application fee is £170. This is non-refundable and doesn’t guarantee registration of your trade mark. You also need:

• details for your trade mark, eg an illustration or slogan
• the trade mark classes you want to register for, eg medical, vehicles

The fee for the first trade mark class is included in the application fee. Each additional class costs £50.
