Log in or sign up to student finance online. You can check when payments are due, track an application and update your personal details and apply for finance.

You’ll be given a customer reference number (CRN) and asked to create a password and secret answer when you set up your account. You need these each time you log in. They’re sent by post if you don’t apply online.

Manage your student finance

You can use your online account to:

• check the progress of your application
• see letters from Student Finance England
• find out when your loans and grants will be paid
• update your contact details and email address

Not all your application details can be changed online.
