Degree apprenticeships

Degree apprenticeships are a cost-effective way of developing and training your staff, from school leavers through to experienced workers.

Nurture your own home-grown talent and guide their education at a leading university in a way that best suits their ambitions and your business needs.

Programmes are employer-led, ensuring they teach skills and knowledge relevant to the modern workplace.

Apprentices are employed by you so they understand the people, equipment and culture of your organisation.

We will work with you to ensure that training is tailored to attract and develop the talented and motivated employees who will boost your productivity and performance.
