The family business has been successful in taking advantage of the Regional Growth Fund grants to enable the purchase and installation of new machinery to take place in order to take advantage of the growing renewables market in the offshore industry. The company received a modest grant of £6,424 against a total project cost of £12,500 and expects to create 2 full time posts and one part time position over the next three years. It also plans to introduce an apprenticeship training programme in the future.

The recent publicity also highlighted the significant support received from E-factor and also highlighted the funding support from the Humber Programme, run by North East Lincolnshire on behalf of the Humber LEP Partnership and supported by the Regional Growth Fund.
