From 4 March 2024, all companies who want to file paper documents will need to post them to there Cardiff office:

Companies HouseCrown WayCardiffCF14 3UZ

They will not accept post or hand deliveries at there Belfast office from 4 March 2024. Companies registered in Scotland already post their documents to our Cardiff office since September 2023.

Most companies can file online instead of posting paper documents to us.
