A new tendering opportunity is open to businesses that can deliver a workshop programme for the Growth Hub.
The Humber Business Growth Hub (HBGH) #GrowMySME programme is seeking the delivery of a Workshop programme to SME owners and employees across the Humber LEP Region. Rural Community Energy Fund
The Rural Community Energy Fund is being delivered by Tees Valley Combined Authority across the North East and Yorkshire and the Humber*.
Tees Valley Combined Authority has £1.35 million available to support community groups in rural areas across the North East and Yorkshire and the Humber region develop renewable energy projects.
The purpose of the Rural Community Energy Fund is to provide feasibility and project development grant funding to rural community groups that want to develop their own renewable energy projects.
Scale-Up Business Development Programme
The programme is delivered on behalf of the Growth Hub by Winning Pitch.
This programme is targeted at senior leaders of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise to enable growth within their business. This programme offers support to businesses in the Humber LEP area focusing on 1-2-1 coaching, workshop and peer support to develop their leadership and management skills.
The support that the programme offers include:
Scale-Up Leadership Assessment Tool – A thoroughly tested leadership needs analysis
About the New ICT for Growth Business Start-Up Grant
The grant is available
to all ERDF eligible SMEs (less than 12 months old) to help towards ICT related
business start-up costs, for example getting connected to superfast broadband
services (minimum of 30mbps). £1,000 grants available for projects totalling
£2,000 – £2,500 (for larger projects the general ICT for Growth Grants may be
more appropriate).
