Interactive Healthcare Fund
For small creative and digital businesses (SMEs) who wish to bring innovative digital health and wellbeing products and services to market
Funded by Creative England’s Regional Growth Fund and managed by Creative England in partnership with the Yorkshire & Humber Academic Health Science Network (AHSN).
Key Information
£250,000 will be available via investments of up to £50,000 per application
Companies must be based in England, outside of Greater London (innovations that have potential to benefit Yorkshire & Humber communities are welcomed)

Childcare New Business Grant Scheme Extended
The future of the Childcare New Business Grant Scheme is currently under review. While this review takes place, the current scheme will remain open to new applications up to and including the 31st March 2016.
Claimants accepted to the scheme will have until the 17th June 2016 to submit a valid, Ofsted or CMA certificate to enable the grant payment to be made.
Application will be accepted for new business and new businesses who are operating within the 1st 12 months since

Dozens of entrepreneurs to benefit from new initiative
UK Steel Enterprise has announced the launch of a new fund that will help boost dozens of start-up businesses in North Lincolnshire over the next twelve months.
The Kickstart Fund initiative, launched in partnership with North Lincolnshire Council and the Growth Hub, has been introduced in a bid to support people looking to establish a business or become self-employed by helping with initial costs – especially for those with limited funds.

Digital innovation in the sharing economy
Innovate UK is offering 6 businesses up to £30,000 (excluding VAT) each to encourage innovation in the sharing economy, across the themes of trust, tourism and travel, opening up new sectors, home improvement, construction, and data and analytics.
The contest
Through our IC tomorrow programme, we are looking for proposals from companies with innovative digital ideas relevant to the sharing economy. The companies will not only benefit from funding, but also have the opportunity to collaborate with commercial partners to accelerate development
