Creative England Re-launches Business Loans Scheme
Creative England is supporting creative digital businesses to finance growth through the provision of interest free loans.
The Business Loans scheme aims to help fuel the growth of the fastest growing sector in the UK economy, financing business expansion and new projects which will lead to the creation of new, high-quality jobs. The main objective of the scheme is to promote economic growth by providing secured interest free loans.
Loans of between £50,000 and £200,000 per application are available. A small arrangement

Government set to spend £1 in every £3 with small businesses
Matt Hancock, the Minister for the Cabinet Office has announced an ambitious new target to get more small businesses working on central government contracts.
In 2013 to 2014, central government spent an unprecedented £11.4 billion with small and medium-sized businesses – those employing 250 employees or less. This is equivalent to 26% of central government spend.

Cash injection supports job opportunities in Hull
Hull jobseekers are set to benefit from a £20,000 cash injection to support the on-going creation of apprenticeships, training and employment opportunities within the city’s construction industry.

University of Lincoln to Help Incubatees ‘Fly the Nest’!
The Grow-on Growth Fund is a new £2m RGF funded initiative led by The Research and Enterprise Department at University of Lincoln. The scheme enables early stage businesses located in business incubation environments (e.g. business incubator, innovation centres, enterprise centres etc.) to ‘fly the nest’ and create secure sustainable high quality jobs.
