Leon also heads up the digital technology strategy of ‘Andy’s Man Club’, one of the UK’s fastest-growing men’s mental health charities. In this post COVID-19 era, the digital strategy managed to turn threat into opportunity by successfully transforming the service which helped over 93K men last year and has grown to over 100+ clubs. He did this with a cloud first strategy, leading to rapid growth and efficiency programmes, while successfully changing the behaviour of over 700+ facilitators and employees at record speed.
