Webinar by UK Export Academy

Are you operating in the healthcare, life sciences, agriculture or environment sectors? Join us to discover how the UK’s One Health approach is opening up future international opportunities for growth.

What you’ll learn

  • understand the One Health initiative
  • discover how the Department for Business and Trade is addressing One Health challenges through trade
  • learn top tips from other UK businesses on how to navigate the international One Health business environment

Description

One Health is an approach to optimise the health of humans, animals, and ecosystems by integrating these fields, rather than keeping them separate.

A research study on the business case for One Health shows that every $1 invested in One Health generates $5 worth of benefits, demonstrating the opportunities of this initiative for many science based UK companies.

The UK’s trade and investment opportunities in One Health are framed around three factors:

  • world-class science
  • progressive innovative sectors (such as life sciences, agriculture and environment)
  • a dynamic business environment

If you want to learn more about the One Health initiative; what the Department for Business and Trade is doing to address One Health challenges through trade; and what this could mean for the growth of your company, then don’t miss out on this session!
